What DRAMA is

DRAMA is a set of party games that run in your browser. You can play online — by creating a room and inviting friends with a short code — or locally, in pass-and-play mode on a single device. The core games are free.

We provide the Service “as is” and may develop, change or temporarily suspend it (e.g. for maintenance) without prior notice.

Account

Some features do not require an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. The information you provide should be true and up to date.

Premium and payments

A Premium subscription unlocks additional content and categories (including 18+ categories). Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. as the Merchant of Record, who is responsible for billing, invoicing and taxes, including EU VAT.

The subscription is paid in advance (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, this right may lapse once provision begins with your express consent. Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy’s policies and applicable consumer law.

Adult content (18+)

Some categories (e.g. “Spicy”, “Drinking”) contain content intended for adults and require confirmation that you are at least 18 years old. By confirming your age you declare that you are an adult. You are responsible for ensuring such content is not shared with minors.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others,
• harass, abuse or harm other players,
• disrupt the Service, bypass security measures or reverse engineer it,
• scrape or harvest data from the Service without our consent.

User content

If you enter your own content (e.g. a nickname or content added in-game), you are responsible for it and confirm that you are allowed to use it and that it does not break the law or common decency.

Disclaimer

The Service is an entertainment game provided “as is”, without warranties. We are not responsible for the consequences of gameplay — including arguments, embarrassment or other social fallout from playing with friends. Play responsibly and respect others.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages related to use of the Service is excluded or limited. These terms do not limit consumer rights granted by mandatory law.

Intellectual property

The Service, its name, logo, code, graphics and game content are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or use them commercially without our consent, beyond ordinary use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes within the Service, and you can find the last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

Governing law and contact

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. For questions about these Terms, email kontakt@dramahub.party.
